Hi All, First time poster and probably asking a very blonde question. I have a Canon FT that has been sitting doing nothing for way too many years. Problem is when you look in the viewfinder, it is black. I haven't changed the battery as of yet. Haven't done anything. Am wondering if it is just the battery that would cause this. Not too keen to spend even a cent on it unless I have to. Thanks |

The battery won't cause anything at all in the Canon FT, beyond movement of the meter needle. |
