Hi,
I have just purchased a Rollei 35 Classic with problems. The shutter will not fire and the wind on/shutter cocking lever will not wind on.
I would like to know what I should be looking for and if I need to remove the top plate do I remove the 2 special screws just below the wind on lever at the rear?
Thanks very much, Terry
PS the camera is in pretty good shape other than the jam up

Before anyone replies I have found the problem!
I managed to trip the shutter using a cable release and on close examination with an engineers microscope, found some dried crud between the shutter release button and the housing.
A little WD-40 applied with a tooth pick and some gentle manipulation did the trick, the shutter is now working
For $25 I have a nice little German made camera in a real leather case!
