I have bought a Retina Reflex S with sticky shutter The Reflex S operates normally in fast speed but sticky in low speed.

Can any one tell me how to fix this problem?

And the camera has lost a skin on its lens top left hand conner. Can anyone tell me where to find a new one and how to replace it?
