I purchased a replacement AT Dial Guard for my Canon A1 and now need to do the repair. It seems straightforward to replace it, but I was wondering if there are any instructions, references, or just plain advice I could get before I attempt this. Thanks |

Just lay the camera on its back to do this and watch out for the tiny ballbearing below the sliding section, it is not spring loaded, just sitting in a recess. |

Thanks. That little ballbearing did have me worried. |
