I just got a hold of a Jobo Cpp-2 from my University that seems to have been dropped. From what I can tell the only thing that is really broken are the switches on the bottom: the on off switch, the pump on off switch, and the motor switch. What are the names of the exact parts? And where can I buy them? The knobs themselves are fine, its just the switches that broke. I'd need to desolder whats left of them and then re-solder the new switches on. There is also a resister or some diode that broke as well (1st pic)Any ideas to what it is and how I can find the right piece to put in there? I went to radioshack and they didn't have the parts. They had a linear 10k pot but (which is what I thought I needed for the motor) but apparently there are two more points of contact (that one can see in the 2nd picture). Also the simple on/off rotary switch has four contacts as does the on off pump switch (seen in second picture). I know this isn't exactly talking about Cameras so if the moderators feel that it is inappropriate for the forum, please feel free to remove. |

Did you save the broken parts, mainly for identification? Also a schematic would help. Most pots I have seen have three contacts. And as for switches sometimes both primary and dc is turned on and off or possibly both sides of the primary . Let me know if you get a schematic as this would tell all. Don |

I really don't know where to get a schematic. I wish I could get my hands on one. But I went to an electronics store and they told me that the pot (3rd from the left) is proprietary as are the other 2 one off switches. I'm not sure what is the value of the broken glass diode. Who knows? |
