Hey guys,
I bought a CZJ Flektogon 50/4 in Pentacon 6 mount a while back, but wasn't able to test it due to problems getting an adapter to work with my EOS (long story). By the time I was able to test it, over a month had passed and it was too late to do anything about it. I also have a Sonnar 180/2.8 that will focus to infinity just fine in that adapter, so I don't think it's an adapter thickness issue.
The lens is a late MC version...no obvious signs it's been messed with at all (but for all I know it could have been). It will focus very close to infinity, but not quite there. Could the helical be off a thread? Is there any way to make any fine adjustments to these? If anyone has taken one of these apart, I'd love to hear from you...
Also, I noticed that this lens is *very* soft wide open even when it's focused properly...is that common for this lens?
