Posted on Thursday, December 25, 2008 - 03:12 pm:        I have inherited a Jcarette which I am keen to see if it still works, however the mechansim to open the camera up is/appears to be seized and I do not wish to try to force it as I am unsure how the mechanism works. There is a small brass looking dial which I cannot turn and can only depress it slightly. I would appreciate any information or guidance on what I should do to free the release up.
