Speedex Special R (Isolette III) overhaul in progress, with bellows replacement being next.
Rangefinder has been cleaned, lubed, and adjusted, lenses and shutter are out on the bench, and the sticky, gunky Prontor SVS has been cleaned and is now working perfectly on all speeds from B to 1/300 (even the self-timer works great).
BELLOWS REMOVAL: I removed the four bellows mount screws inside the camera and the rear bellows mount is now free, but having probs figuring out how to lift the bellows and it's rear mount (with bellows still attached) out of the camera's interior. It will lift out partially, but the thin stainless steel film rollers on each side are in the way of complete extraction of the bellows mount. It would be nice to just remove one of the SS rollers, but they don't look removable.
What's the procedure to get the rear bellows mount completely out of the camera without bending or damaging the sheet metal?

Hi,
you have to bennd the camera housing just bit to remove the film rollers. On reassembly, they just snap in.

Thank you, Dirk. Tried that, worked great. Sort of like popping out the little pins that hold a watch band on, except instead of a spring-loaded end pin these are mounted in "springy" sheet metal.
