You will already have found this company http://www.megatron.co.uk/ if you've done a search of the CCRF archives, but they are NOT cheap! If you need the cell for a camera, the usual answer is to try and find a cheap scrap modern camera with a similar sized cell. Meters, with larger selenium cells, are more of a problem.
