Hello, I just recently purchased a Pen S yesterday but unfortunately it's developed a problem Basically, the advance cocks the shutter but it also seems to fire it, too. Thus, I can continuously advance the film without taking any pictures. It does this about 9 times out of 10, rendering the camera useless right now. Does anyone know what the problem is? A gear slipping somewhere, or (hopefully not) a broken part? Any help is appreciated - thanks!! |

Possibly the shutter release may be stuck in the down position. If so, can you thread in a cable release and pull it up? This might give a clue as to what the problem is. |
