I picked up a Petri FT 1000 with it's case, tripod, and various lens, as well as a Cannon A35F for $10. I have been able to get the Cannon in working order, however, I cannot get the film door to open on the Petri. I thought it would pop open after pulling up on the rewind lever, but it did not. I have called repair shops, but was told if it needs repair, they cannot repair it, so I might as well use it as decor or let my children play with it. Does anyone have any advise on how to get it open? |
