I purchased a great looking EM that appeared too good to be true and that is the case unfortunetley. This is my first attempt at camera repair and I wish to fix this camera and then on to others (folders).
I removed the lens ring, camera front, and internal aperture rings. Including the AI tab and cleaned and lubricated them. No change in performance however.
Of note, the meter needle responds, barely moving) only when the ASA setting is at 100. At any other setting there is no meter response. This leads me to guess that the problem may lie here.
Any advise you can provide to get this puppy up and running is appreciated.

Have you made sure that the battery (batteries, if using two 44's) is fine and dandy and the battery contacts are fine?
If the meter only responds on ISO 100, it might be the ISO setting dial that is the problem.
