The film advance lever will not move, the timer lever is pointing down and the shutter will not go down.

I have not used this camera for years and was aiming to sell it on eBay. If I cannot get advice on how to fix it, I will sell it but with a description of the problem. Some camera buff could well like the challenge. I have taken the bottom off and could see no sign of a problem amongst all the levers etc I could see.
