Cool! I've noticed that SX70's sometimes go quite high on ebay, and I've wondered what people do with them... I still have my old Polaroid Swinger, but those don't seem to sell no matter how cheap the asking price. :-)

I wouldn't hold your breath, seems they are out to re-invent the process first.

@ Glenn:
I have been following the Impossible project for the last year. The process is re-invented by now and film should available from March 25th on.
The Impossible Project is an offspring of Polapremium - the company that bought most of the available Polaroid film and was one of the cheaper sources for those films during the last few months when prices for 600 film went crazy.
So Black and White integral instant film in 600 and 100 ASA for Polaroid cameras (SX-70 and 600 types)will be available soon. Colour film should follow sometime later this year. The B&W is said to made with help from Ilford.
@ Marty: The Swinger name was used for various cameras from Polaroid. Some used film that is not available anymore (e.g. Polaroid Instant rollfilm) so those certainly won't sell on Ebay. Also type 80 packfilm is almost unavailable by now. Type 100 packfilm is still there - some old stock from Polaroid and new from Fuji.

Just as an information - and I hope you don't regard this as spamming:
ASA 100 film (for SX-70 etc. cameras) is available now from the above mentioned source - and I have to say it ain't cheap (21 USD/18 EUR for 8 pics).
Results to expected from this film are to a certain extent not really predictable (this is my interpretation of the manufacturers statement I received in a newsletter).
At least there will be something that can be fed into your SX-70s if you like.
Please regard all this as info not as a recommendation of any kind.

Looks like this company is still going strong and introducing more film products for Polaroid.
