I'm needing help reattaching the asa dial onto a yashica electro 35 gtn. the retaining screw that holds the asa dial, without the asa dial in place, connects just fine, but then when i put the asa dial in it doesnt want to screw in.
I think i have more problems than i can chew. Hearing on the infamous pad of death i opened the top again, and looked where the pad is supposed to be and alas, the pad was deteriorated. My yellow slow light doesn't work either. and when i trip the shutter the metal rod that is supposed to return back to the top when advancing the lever does not stay down after shutter is pressed.
