Hi,
I have tried a couple of camera repair centres (I'm in the UK) to see if they can repair my mums Contax T14 flashgun, but both have said they are unable to (parts no longer available).
It went pop a few years ago when she went to use it, so I'm guessing it's a capacitor that has gone.
I would be tempted to have a look inside it myself (unless anyone can recommend somewhere to send it) if I could work out how to separate it without causing any visible damage.
Any advice gratefully received
