I have a Miranda Auto Sensorex EE which does not seem to operate properly on the 1000 & 500 shutter speeds. Pictures are blank at 1000 & half exposed at 500. I am searching for repair info for camera. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The shutter is probably tapering, ie., the first curtain is a bit slow and the second curtain is catching up with it before the exposure is complete. Cleaning and re-lubing the curtain bearings will help, also adjustment to the curtain tension may be necessary. There is lots in the archive on this subject.
It is also a possibility that the first curtain brake is sticking or the 2nd curtain latch is letting go too soon. Try cleaning and tension adjustment first.

Thanks for the info Gez. I searched the archives & found it. This is exactly my problem. I will let you know how things work out.
