Hi, I was wondering if any members can help me source the shutter speed indication dial gear set (part numbers 0-M53; 0-M62 and 0-M74 complete with support plate M73 and also M61 indicator plate)for my (otherwise in very good condition) Pentax MX? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Harrow Technical will almost certainly be able to supply secondhand (and possibly even new) parts. Shipping shouldn't be an issue for the parts you mention. I bought a secondhand circuit board for my MX a year or so ago for £35, but I'd imagine that the demand for the parts you mention should not be anywhere near as great as for circuit boards, so hopefully much cheaper. I have a feeling the chap I spoke to was called 'Robin'. Google 'Harrow Technical' and you should be away.
