Hi

could someone show me a picture of how the spring of the selftimer is attached?
My selftimer stays up, and when I push the release button on the lever nothing happens.
It seems like the spring is not strong enough.
I'm not shure if it's attached right.
And it's bended on the left arrow, not shure if it's suposed to be.

Thanks

Maybe this picture is a little better.
The white line is how it's attached on my Pen.
Dont know for shure if it's right.

I think the iron beneath 1 should be pushed upwards to lock the selftimer when it's pushed upwards.
The iron lever beneath 2 should be pushed down, than when you pull the round button, the self timer releases.

But why is mine noth working?
Regards

The spring colored white in my picture was attached wrong. The spring end beneath the 1 in my last picture, has to go under the gold circle. (middle of the picture, left of the timer-lever-screw)
Than I tightened the big golden screw where the spring go's round. (bottom left corner)
By doing that, the iron beneath 1 and 2 move simontaniously cause they're pressed together.

So, when iron 2 is lifted up, iron 1 follows upwards and locks the selftimer in the upward position.
The white line on following picture is how it's attached now.
