I have a 1938 Exakta (Kinexakta) I'd like to try using. I've just repaired some shutter pinholes with fabric paint. The shutter had been working fine at all speeds, and was doing so through half of the work on the shutter holes. Now, it seems like it is always going at the same speed no matter where the fast time dial is positioned (including B and Z). It is still opening and closing, just the timing is always very fast- and looks to be at the same speed. Any idea what this could be- could i have turned a dial too far, etc to cause this? Any thougts would be helpful- Mike |
