I managed to realign the 2 lenses of my rolleicord, and now while reassembling it I'm facing a problem. I can trigger the shutter by pressing a small tab on the mechanism, but when I use the usual lever I can't trigger it. It seems something is blocking it from triggering, but I can't figure it out. I've attached a picture. Does anyone know if one of the metal parts is preventing the shutter from triggering? |

The shutter "lever" is actually a round thing that turns around the optical axis, behind the shutter - and it can indeed be blocked by the levers between the lenses (where your arrows point to), to prevent double exposures. Regards, Sven |

That top lever is part of the auto exposure prevention switch. If you pull down on it ever so slightly you should be able to cock and fire the shutter at will. |
