I put in a 6V battery and got the battery light to come on, but I do not get any response from the meter (no lights). The unit has the blades stuck shut, cocks and fires, but blades don't move. Do I need to get the shutter fixed first to prove if the meter is working? If this is not the problem, what could be wrong? Thanks. |
