Hello,
I just discovered this wonderful site with a lot of very helpful hints and knowledge. Unfortunately I did not find a solution for my problem:
On my Canon FD 4/80-200 zoom lens (first version, chrome breechlock mount) the zoom ring has become loose. You can turn it 2 to 3 mm before it starts moving the zoom mechanism and the fault becomes bigger and bigger each time I use the lens. I presumed there where some fixing screws underneath the rubber ring of the zoom ring but there arent any screws. Does anyone know how to fix the ring and how get to the Screws inside?
