i have a demi s with jammed advance. i'd like to open it up, but i can't figure out how to get the rewind shaft out. i got the rewind knob off, and the spring and brass inner shaft, but the chrome shaft that these things attach to just won't budge. any ideas?

The sort of cup shaped thing that the rewind knob sits on unscrews from the lower shaft.
