Canon F1n (totally mechanical) - shutter problem only at 1/30. This is the newer version of the original, mechanical F1. It is not the New F1 (F1N).

Is there something special about 1/30 shutter speed on my Canon F1n? Every other shutter speed appears to work fine but at 1/30 the second curtain travels immediately with the first curtain. That means at 1/30 there is no opening between the first and second curtains. There is an appropriately timed curtain opening with every other shutter speed--slower or faster than 1/30.

Thanks for your help.
