Does anyone know how to remove the lens and shutter form an Iskra camera. The existing lens, currently mounted on the camera, has some serious scratches and the shutter and aperture rings are very worn and no longer click into their respective positions. I now have a properly functioning replacement lens with scratch-free elements. Somehow, its does not look like I can simply loosen a retaining ring and slide the lens off the central mounting ring of the lens assembly. It may require that the shutter and elements be disassembled and re-assembled on the mounting ring. If anyone has experience with this, your advice would be greatly appreciated.
