I had to detach the lens barrel of my Ricoh 500RF in order to clean the shutter properly. I was too lazy to desoldier the meter wires, so I just worked on the shutter with the wires attached, since they have some slack that allowed that. The shutter works now, but I can't get the manual aperture mode to work. The A mode works normally. The M symbol in the viewfinder does not come up either when I switch from A to the manual apertures, so I suppose that some coupling going from the lens barrel to the body does not work, but I can not figure out which one. I don't think I broke anything while reattaching the lens barrel, but you never know...
