Guys,
I have 2 Vivitar 420's, one with the chrome top, black body; and one all black. Suppose the black body is the newer camera.
The viewer in both has dust, debris, etc. and needs cleaning. (I have replaced the light seals in the back.)
I see only 3 small screws on both cameras around the top.
Is anyone familiar with this camera and can offer any information on disassembly/assembly of this camera, particularly the top? These cameras were made by Cosina.
I have been unable to find any information on this model either from the forum's archives or on the internet and Vivitar has no information in their files. The Vivitar Tech. said they do not have any information on their old film cameras.
Found some info. on the 400 model but not the 420.
ANY help would be most appreciated.
