Hi everyone, I´m new here and maybe someone had similar problem early. So I´m sorry.
I´ve find Y Mat 124 at my uncles.Good looking, but it has one problem, film winding works, but shutter cocking doesn´t.I can wind backwards but it doesn´t cock shutter.than crank is blocked. After pressing shutter release I can wind for another picture.is it common?Or can you help me? Thanks a lot. TAk

Does the camera seem to show a fair amount of wear? I have encountered YMats with the cocking linkage just worn out. It can generally be fixed, at least for a while. I have some disassembly sketches if you'd like to email me at rick_oleson@yahoo.com

The one that I made my sketches from looked almost new too; still, inside it was very much worn out. I was surprised, considering its nice appearance.
