I recently picked up this lens at a yard sale. At the time I didn't recognize the mount (but the price was ridiculously cheap and the lens seemed in near-mint shape). Anyway, I identified it as a Minolta MC mount (thanks to Rick Oleson).
The only problem it has is that the aperture stop-down lever is missing. Can't be sure, but it looks like this may have been a press-fit part (no visible threads where it attaches). Could someone confirm this?
If it is repairable, does anyone have the part or an otherwise scrap lens it could be salvaged from?
Any help or advice gratefully received . . .
