What does the spring-loaded pin in the bayonet throat of the Ultramatic CS body do? The pin is at about 8 o'clock looking towards the film plane from the front of the camera and there appears to be a machined slot on the lens at the matching position which would ensure that the standard lens would not touch it.
I'm enclosing a JPEG which shows the pin; it is spring-loaded towards the lens.
