Today while trying to load a new roll into my Bessa R it jammed. About a month ago I dropped the camera and when I picked up the camera it seemed fine, except the window covering the exposure window was gone. Now...my fear is maybe the window went inside the camera and now is jamming the advance mechanism. Possible? The shutter button does go down, but the camera wont fire because I can't wind the film advance. Any ideas? Thanks!! Help...... |

sounds pretty likely. it was pretty common in old canons (FTb type) for the counter window to fall inside. it could float around in there for years, and then find its way into the gearing.... |
