I recently got monolta Hi-Matic 7S2.
Unfortunately, this RF camera fell down to ground and the light meter didn't work.

The most skillful repairman in my town said,
you must replace it with new or available one.

can you recommend the available light meter for my 7S2??

is the light meter in Hi-matic E or F, G replaceable??

I can replace or fix it my own.

The meters in the old Hi-Matic lines (7,7s,9) are more or less identical and are practically interchangeable as far as the housing is concerned, BUT the LV scale is not the same and also the wiring (wire colours, variable resistors at the back of the meters) can be different if those cameras from different batches.
The meters of the newer H-Matics you mention are completely different in design, the different Hi-M E cannot be used as a donor camera. Please note that swapping meters is definitely no job for beginners.

The HiMatics E and F have electronic shutters and no dedicated light meter. They are completely different to the 7sII. The 7sII has a light meter comparable to the older 7, 7s and 9 but those are much larger and the meters are not exchangeable.

However the 7sII has some siblings with other brand names. Many parts of the Vivitar 35 ES and the Revue 400 SE are exchangeable with parts of the 7sII. The light meter is among them. The Revue was only sold in Germany but the Vivitar 35 ES should be available world wide. BTW: I have a working light meter of a junker Vivitar 35 ES but Germany is far away from Korea.
