I have repaired and cleaned the meter variable resistance of a Praktica LTL. Do not have the circuit diagram. Does anyone know what the three adjustment pots seen through the bottom ciruit card do? Or point me to a source of the circuit diagram. Many Prakitca models used the same design.

His brown wire is blue on my MTL3. I've no idea what the correct procedure would be for setting it up.
