The light meter in my Nikkormat EL is pegged above the 1000. There is no variation in the reading at all. I turn the arm to the on position and the reading pegs the roof regardless of the lighting situation. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is it repair-able? This is a really slick vintage camera. Interesting features and way ahead of it's time. Please help me out.
