Hi

A friend of mine just sold a Konica FC-1 which I tested for him before the sale. The buyer now says that the camera works fine without film in it, but with film loaded the shutter wont release after frame 4. Until then it works fine. Any ideas why this could be? (Without film the camera will fire normally past frame 4)

This camera has a feature where you can advance film without releasing shutter until the frame counter shows "1" to make film loading quicker. I think this problem may be related to that feature gone wrong somehow.

My friend who sold the camera now asks me what the problem could be but I cannot really figure it out.

Thanks in advance.
