I have a Franka camera which has "Super Frankanette" engraved on the sloping surface near the lens front. The nearest camera I can find details of is one of identical appearance which is a Super Frankarette LRII, and in pictures of this the engraving reads "Super Frankarette" Were there two versions or did somebody's hand slip- I can hardly think that a Franka would be worth forging. The camera is similar to my Retina IIS, but not quite so well made, see the picture attached Tom Mann |
