When set to 800 asa at 2.8 is the meter cell at the top of the lens completely uncovered or hidden a little bit by the aperture hole ring?

I am asking this question as I repaired one and got a problem placing the aperture ring (with the various sized holes) back in place as it has two holes (hence two position options) and only one guiding pin to go on.

Thank You in advance for your help.
