I just picked up a very nice 6 X 9 crown graphic. The Kalart Rangefinder is fairly bright and seems to work properly except the two images are way off horizontally. Is it possible to perform an adjustment or repair to get them to line up better?

No idea if that is the right one - but have a look:

Actually this article may have the answer. It indicates a screw adjustment to align coincidence. I'll get the camera out and have a look.

Thanks
