so, it might have been part of the wind mechanism causing the kiev's slow speeds to be too slow, but anyways...

anyhoo, is graphite powder okay for lubricating slow speed escapements? if not...?

Dragnov: No don't use graphite powder or liquid. flush clean then dry then just a pin point of ny oil or sperm oil on just the pivots. Nothing on the gears. The more you oil the more there is to catch dust .
