I just got my Ricohflex Model VII re-assembled and while setting the lenses, noticed the tripod mounting nut was rotating side to side a little bit. It appears this is riveted. If so, do I need to tap the rivet with a punch on the threaded side with the rivet head on the inside of the camera on some kind of anvil?

Or is there more to this fix?

Thanks.

Update. This didn't work. I resorted to judicious use of JB Weld. We'll see!!
