I have a Canonet with a take-up spool problem and I have finally decided to try to find out what is going wrong. Does anyone have any advice on disassembling this part of the camera? Is it easier to go from the top or bottom? I realize this is a fairly extensive procedure, but I really don't have much to lose since I paid $4 for the camera. It just bothers me that the camera is not working the way it should.
Any advice would be appreciated.
