Kiev-4 rangefinder (1975 not really a classic!)

There is a screw located at the back of the camera, just below the exposure meter scale. What dose it do? Is there any information on its adjustment?

I see there is a similar screw on the Zeiss Contax III (now this IS a classic).

That's a zero-point adjustment for the light meter.
