Having just obtained a tidy Vitomatic IIA I find the split-image rangefinder useless, in that the second image is invisible under normal light conditions. At night, I can detect the image from a bright light, and can confirm that it moves correctly and in alignment. What can be done to brighten up this image? |

You could mask the area of the finder where the second image is visible, like so: http://rick_oleson.tripod.com/index-165.html Ciao, Dirk |
