ok, so I press the button but it doesn't seem to press properly and won't take photos. Every now and then it decides to work, also a problem with winding on. Need to fix it soon because I have an exam coming up!

Hello Gemma.

Probably need a bit more information about your problem. Is there a film in the camera? If so, what does the film counter read? What shutter speed is the camera set on? I'm sure someone else will weigh in with suggestions, but the answers to these questions might be a start.
