Hello I just purchased a sx-70 model 2 (the white and brown leather one). It seems to be in good condition. I load new 600 film, nothing happens. no noise. the 600 film works with my Impulse Polaroid camera, so I know the battery is fine. I'm thinking it might be a bad connection somewhere, but I don't want to take apart the camera. Also when I load the film the shutter closes and when I look through the viewfinder everything is black. I have the original special blend empty film pack. When I load that and look through the viewfinder I can see clearly. Any suggestions? I tried cleaning the contact straps one seems loose. or is it suppose to be like that? any help would be appreciated! |
