Please Help!

I want to correct a focusing issue (Little backfocus at 18mm - Frontfocus at 50mm on a Sigma 18-50 2.8 DC EX Macro HSM lens.

I already (successfully) did the correction on a Sigma 70mm Macro, but the mechanism is completely different.

Under the large rubber zoom belt, there are 2 covered holes (See pictures in attachment): one containing the Zoom Brush, and a second containing the Zoom Connection Pin/Collar. I allready tried to losen the zoom connection pin/collar, in the hope it would give me a correction mechanism, but I can't find it...

Could someone please, please point me in the right direction?

Any help greatly appreciated!!
Thanks in advance,
Peter.

Anyone who knows how to adjust the focus on this lens, please?

Peter.

I think might be not the best place to ask about AF lenses, people gathering here are mostly experienced and interested in classical cameras, as defined on the main forum page:

PLEASE DO NOT POST...questions unrelated to repair of cameras from the above mentioned camera eras; questions about modern P&S's (point and shoot), modern automatic cameras (if it's auto focus it's modern!);.

This lens might be simply too new for anyone here to have ever touched it.

Marek
