Hello. If you focus at infinity is O.K at 80, but at 200 you have to refocus heavily. This zoom is very soft at the corners, and I suspect it is due to be incorrectly adjusted. However it seems to be much better at shorter distances than at infinity.

I am aware of the usual method to adjust focus in zooms (I think there is even a tutorial in this site), and I have successfully applied it in several tamrons, but I have not found any way to do that in this lens. I have almost completely disassembled it (a hard work) for cleaning, but no way to reposition the focusing or the master group. Any clue will be greatly appreciate. Also any idea about how the incorrect adjustment could compromise the sharpness (as it seems to be).
Thanks in advance

Javier
