the lens I got several years ago on ebay, after shooting several rolls, the focus ring does not rotate smooth at all. I was very sad, and put it away along with my leica M6, bought together with the lens. Luckily I found this forum. What problem could it be? Is it hopeful to repair? By myself? I am not very good at repairing at all.

BTW, I love the system so much. here is a photo I took with it,

The lens wants stripping down and the focusing helical cleaning and regreasing. In view of what you say about repairing/DIY I would get your local repair shop to do the job, it isn't an expensive job and your lens is too valuable to mess up. Nice picture by the way, you cannot better the M Series Leicas.

As Glenn previously mentioned, your lens probably needs the focus helical cleaning and re-lubing. I very recently posted the procedure. But if you are not good at basic camera repair skills, I would not tackle it. It is not a difficult procedure imo, but not a beginner's project either.
