Nikkormat FTn won't do f/32

Posted on Thursday, August 11, 2011 - 11:11 am:        Hi all, I recently acquired a used Nikkormat FTn which seems to be fine in all respects, except that the diaphragm coupling ring hits its hard stop at f/22, instead of f/32 as on my other Nikkormat FTn and my Nikomat FTn. This one's s/n is in between the s/n's of the other two, so I doubt it is a design change. What could be the problem?
